Hiring Mandarin Ministry Assistant Pastor

Mississauga Chinese Alliance Church (MCAC) was established in 1989 and is a trilingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, and English) church of over 500 members in Mississauga, Ontario. We are in search of an experienced Mandarin Ministry Assistant Pastor to shepherd the Mandarin-speaking members to passionately love God, love one another and to reach out to our community and beyond.

Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of North American pastoral experience, a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized, accredited Bible College/University (Master of Divinity preferred), being licensed by Alliance Canada upon hiring. The applicant should also have strong leadership skills, and is humble, relational, and strong in preaching and pastoral caring. Be fluent in Mandarin, and having good working knowledge of English.

Student Ministry Pastor

Mississauga Chinese Alliance Church (MCAC) is a three-language ministry church consisting of Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaking congregations, with over 500 church members attending various programs based on life stage and communities. Located in Mississauga, MCAC has student ministries with fellowships and many activities that students meet regularly to grow in their faith. MCAC strives to empower people being transformed by Jesus Christ and making a difference in the community and beyond.

We are seeking a full-time Student Ministry (SM) Pastor for our students ranging from Grade 6 to 12, as well as shepherding our students in universities/colleges. The SM Pastor will maintain active partnership with the pastoral team, as well as parents and volunteer leaders to help disciple our students in spiritual faith and outreach. We have a very active children ministry and a growing youth ministry which will provide exciting opportunities for the new SM pastor.
